I needed to get outside and be active for my own mental health early on (and now forever) in the pandemic and sometimes it was a struggle to be motivated, but my lovely friend on the other side of the world in Finland was always willing to chat while I walked and often she’d go for a walk too! And it was like going for a walk with a friend and it’s very easy to be distracted from exercise when you have a friend to talk to.
